Created in 1850 to celebrate the Emperor’s victory over the North Atlantic Little Ice Age, this sigil reflects the history and tradition of the ENPO.

Circling clockwise from the bottom, the perimeter reads “Propaganda Office Of Our Emperor Niño” in traditional Simoom script and standard British English pronunciation. The open book symbolises the ENPO’s commitment to open access knowledge. Two SM58-type dynamic microphones record the sun, the lead architect of El Niño, whose light has transformed their cables into Philodendron hederaceum vines through photosynthesis. An X-shaped cross covers a closed fist, representing our hostility towards the organised climate movements that oppose the Emperor’s terracidal vision and our conviction that our bureaucracy will always prevail over their radicalism.

While the Emperor Niño logotype remains the flagship visual identifier of the wider organisation, this sigil should be used on all material related to the ENPO.
